Estimation Order definition

Estimation Order means an Order of the Bankruptcy Court or, where required by applicable law, the District Court, that determines the Estimated Amount of any Claim [or class of Claims], against Debtor for any of the purposes as provided in this Plan.
Estimation Order means an order of the Bankruptcy Court or the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, as applicable, that determines the Estimated Amount of any Claim or Claims for any purpose, whether individually or as part of an aggregate.
