Valuation Report means the valuation report or reports for mortgage purposes, in the form of the pro-forma contained in the Standard Documentation, obtained by the Seller from a Valuer in respect of each Mortgaged Property or a valuation report in respect of a valuation made using a methodology which would be acceptable to a reasonable prudent mortgage lender;
Reconciliation Report refers to the Reconciliation Report as referenced in s. 3 of Reg 264/07 under LHSIA.
Evaluation Report means a report on the evaluation of tenders prepared under CSO 12
Verification Report As defined in Section 4.19.
Exception Report As defined in the Custodial Agreement.
Condition Report means a condition report with respect to a Group III Vehicle, signed and dated by a Lessee or a Franchisee and any Manufacturer or its agent in accordance with the applicable Vehicle Disposition Program.
Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.
ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report, dated June 12, 2009, prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Golder Associated Ltd. and submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.
Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.
Monthly Report has the meaning assigned in Section 6.01.
GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.
Cost Report We relied on the separate reporting of non-sub-capitated and sub-capitated experience by the MCPs in the medical cube worksheets of the CY 2018 cost reports. In the MCP cost reports, sub-capitated expenditures represent the amounts paid by MCPs for sub-capitated services, rather than “shadow priced” claims as illustrated in the CY 2018 encounter data.
MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);
Transaction Report is that certain report of transactions and schedule of collections in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
MERS Report The report from the MERS System listing MERS Designated Mortgage Loans and other information.

E-Statement means an electronic version of daily confirms, monthly, quarterly or annual statements, and shareholder tax statements created with investor transaction data housed on DST’s TA2000® mutual fund record keeping system, with images available online via a secure web site.
Servicer’s Report means any report of the Servicer delivered pursuant to Section 3.1(a) of the Administration Agreement, substantially in the form acceptable to the Administrator.
Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Detailed Project Report or ‘‘DPR’’ means the detailed project report relating to Station Development Project and Redevelopment Project attached hereto;
Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.
Assessment Report : means the assessment report referred to in Articles 32(2) and 33(3) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 drawn up by an independent third party fulfilling the requirements of ISO Standard 17011 or by a relevant competent authority, which includes information on document reviews, including the descriptions referred to in Articles 4(3)(b) and 11(3)(b) of this Regulation, on office audits, including critical locations and on risk-oriented witness audits conducted in representative third countries.
