ETC Agreement definition

ETC Agreement means the Electronic Toll Collection Services Agreement dated as of December 19, 2007 between the Concessionaire and the Department, as it may be amended or supplemented.
ETC Agreement means the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) Agreement, dated as of November 1, 2008, by and between the Airports Authority and VDOT, as amended and supplemented to the date hereof.
ETC Agreement means the ETC Agreement between the Account Holder and Autotoll for the use of the electronic toll collection services of Autotoll as amended from time to time;
