Examples of ETF Administrator in a sentence

  • The management company, ETF Administrator, ETF Service Provider or sponsor of an ETF may take any actions in respect of such ETF without regard to the interests of the purchasers of the Notes, and any of these actions could adversely affect the market value of the Notes.

  • AP and ETF Administrator will exchange delivery or receive instructions for any security being delivered outside of the CNS system.

  • Upon receipt, the BNYM ETF Administrator should immediately telephone the AP, if the BNYM ETF Administrator believes that the Redemption Order has not been completed correctly by the AP.

  • An Authorized Person of the AP may amend the AP’s Standing Redemption Instructions from time to time in writing to the BNYM ETF Administrator and the Trust in a form approved by the Trust.
