Ethical Purchasing Policy definition

Ethical Purchasing Policy means the Victorian Government's Ethical Purchasing Policy supporting fair and safe workplaces, which is published on the Victorian Government Purchasing Board web site. Law means the law in force in the jurisdiction in which the obligations under this Contract are to be performed including without limitation, common or customary law, equity, judgment, legislation, orders, regulations, statutes, by-law, ordinances or other legislative or regulatory measures and includes any amendment, modification or re-enactment of them. Without limiting or derogating from the Contractor’s obligation to comply with any Law, the Contractor must satisfy the Ethical Employment Standard at all times during the Term.
