Ethics Counselor definition

Ethics Counselor means an officer or employee who is designated by the head of the agency to coordinate and manage the agency’s ethics program, and includes the Corporation’s Alter- nate Ethics Counselor.
Ethics Counselor means the Managing Director or Wholetime Director or any one or more Key Managerial Person appointed by the Board of Directors of the Company in accordance with Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 including any amendments thereto.
Ethics Counselor means Chairman / Chief Executive Officer / Chief Financial Officer/ Company Secretary of the Company who will have primary authority and responsibility for the enforcement of this Policy and to investigate or oversee investigations of the Protected Disclosures or any matter in connection therewith, as per directions, if any, by the Audit Committee.

Ethics Counselor means as named hereinafter or any other member of the Board of Directors appointed/ authorized by the Audit Committee from time to time to act as Ethics Counselor.

Ethics Counselor means the head of each bureau, except that the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy is the Ethics Counselor for employees within the Office of the Secretary.
Ethics Counselor or “Compliance Counselor” means The Head of the Vigilance Department of the Company or the Company Secretary, if such Ethic Counselor is not appointed.
