Euro Indenture definition

Euro Indenture means the Fiscal Agency Agreement, dated -------------- as of February 11, 2000, by and between Solutia Europe, as issuer, the Parent, as guarantor, Kredietbank S.A. Luxenbourgeoise, as fiscal agent and KBC Bank NV, as paying agent, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified in accordance with the terms hereof.
Euro Indenture means the indenture, dated the date hereof, between the Company, the guarantors named therein and The Bank of New York, as trustee, governing the Euro Notes.
Euro Indenture means the indenture, dated as of April 28, 2000, between the Company and HSBC Bank USA, as trustee, governing the Euro Notes.
