Euro Indenture means the Fiscal Agency Agreement, dated as of April 6, 2000, by and among Milacron Capital, as issuer, the Parent, as guarantor, Deutsche Bank AG London, as fiscal agent and Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A., as paying agent, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified in accordance with the terms hereof.
