Eurodollar Pricing Options definition

Eurodollar Pricing Options means the options granted pursuant to Section 3.2.1 to have the interest on any portion of the Loan computed on the basis of a Eurodollar Rate.
Eurodollar Pricing Options means the options granted pursuant to Section 3.2.1 to have the interest on all or any portion of the Loan computed on the basis of a Eurodollar Rate.
Eurodollar Pricing Options means the options granted pursuant to Section 3.lA to have the interest on any portion of the Loans computed on the basis of a Eurodollar Rate.

Examples of Eurodollar Pricing Options in a sentence

  • In addition to the prepayments required by Sections 4.2 and 4.3, the Borrower may from time to time prepay all or any portion of the Loans (in a minimum amount of $100,000 and an integral multiple of $50,000), without premium or penalty of any type (except as provided in Section 3.2.4 with respect to the early termination of Eurodollar Pricing Options).

  • In addition to the prepayments required by Sections 4.2, 4.3, 4.4 and 4.5, the Borrower may from time to time prepay all or any portion of the Loan (in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 and an integral multiple of $100,000), without premium (except as provided in Section 3.2.4 with respect to early termination of Eurodollar Pricing Options).

  • The Borrower will pay to the Agent for the account of each of the Lenders, in accordance with the Lenders' respective Percentage Interests, on each Payment Date, a Letter of Credit fee equal to interest at a per annum rate equal to the Applicable Margin then in effect for Eurodollar Pricing Options with respect to the Revolving Loan on the average daily Letter of Credit Exposure during the three-month period or portion thereof ending on such Payment Date.

Related to Eurodollar Pricing Options

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurodollar Interest Period means, for any Eurodollar-based Advance, an Interest Period of one, two or three months (or any shorter or longer periods agreed to in advance by the Borrower, Agent and the Lenders) as selected by Borrower, for such Eurodollar-based Advance pursuant to Section 2.3 or 4.4 hereof, as the case may be.

  • Eurodollar Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • Eurodollar Period means, as to each Eurodollar Rate Loan, the period commencing on the date specified by Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(b) and ending 1, 2, 3 or 6 months (or, with the written consent of all of the Lenders, any other period) thereafter, as specified by Borrower in the applicable Request for Loan; provided that:

  • Eurodollar Loans Loans the rate of interest applicable to which is based upon the Eurodollar Rate.

  • Eurodollar Market means a regular established market located outside the United States of America by and among banks for the solicitation, offer and acceptance of Dollar deposits in such banks.

  • Pending Revolving Loans means, at any time, the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans requested in any Notice of Borrowing received by the Agent which have not yet been advanced.

  • Applicable Eurodollar Margin means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Eurodollar Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.14(D)(ii) hereof.

  • Designated Eurodollar Market means, with respect to any Eurodollar Rate Loan, the London Eurodollar Market.

  • Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Revolving Loans.

  • Eurodollar Tranche the collective reference to Eurodollar Loans the then current Interest Periods with respect to all of which begin on the same date and end on the same later date (whether or not such Loans shall originally have been made on the same day).

  • Eurocurrency Tranche the collective reference to Eurocurrency Loans under a particular Facility the then current Interest Periods with respect to all of which begin on the same date and end on the same later date (whether or not such Loans shall originally have been made on the same day).

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Adjusted Eurodollar Rate means for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1.00%) equal to (a) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserves.

  • LIBOR Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each Distribution Date, the second LIBOR Business Day immediately preceding the commencement of the related Interest Accrual Period.

  • Eurodollar Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • LIBOR Rate Loans means the Loans bearing interest with reference to the LIBOR Rate.

  • Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin means, with respect to any Eurodollar Rate Advance, for each Pricing Period, the interest rate margin set forth below (expressed in basis points per annum) opposite the Applicable Pricing Level for that Pricing Period:

  • Borrowing Tranche means specified portions of Loans outstanding as follows: (i) any Loans to which a LIBOR Rate Option applies which become subject to the same Interest Rate Option under the same Loan Request by the Borrower and which have the same Interest Period shall constitute one Borrowing Tranche, and (ii) all Loans to which a Base Rate Option applies shall constitute one Borrowing Tranche.

  • Eurodollar Rate Margin means the margin over the Eurodollar Rate used in determining the rate of interest of Eurodollar Rate Loans pursuant to subsection 2.2A.

  • Fixed Interest Period means the period from (and including) an Interest Payment Date (or the Interest Commencement Date) to (but excluding) the next (or first) Interest Payment Date; and

  • Base Rate Loans Loans the rate of interest applicable to which is based upon the Base Rate.

  • ABR Loans Loans the rate of interest applicable to which is based upon the ABR.

  • Eurodollar Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the applicable Eurodollar Rate.

  • Eurodollar Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.06(a)(ii).
