Evaluation Election Date definition

Evaluation Election Date means the date upon which the AACS LA confirms Adopter’s election on Exhibit A to become an evaluation licensee pursuant to Section 2.2.

Examples of Evaluation Election Date in a sentence

  • If Adopter has made an election under Section 11.11 on Exhibit A to be an evaluation licensee but not a production licensee, this Agreement will terminate two (2) years after the Evaluation Election Date, unless extended by mutual agreement of the Parties.
