Evaluation Licensed Content Product definition

Evaluation Licensed Content Product means those portions of digital data in a pre-recorded or downloadable content product protected by or that implement AACS Technology whether or not embodied in a physical medium, that implement one or more Specifications under license from AACS LA and the Licensors for testing, evaluation or development purposes and that may incorporate Evaluation Keys. For the avoidance of doubt, to the extent such data files are arranged or placed on a physical medium in a manner described with particularity by the mandatory portions of the Specifications, “Evaluation Licensed Content Product” includes such arrangement or placement, but excludes the physical medium.

Evaluation Licensed Content Product means those portions of digital data in a pre- recorded or downloadable content product protected by or that implement AACS Technology, whether or not embodied in a physical medium, that implement one or more Specifications under license from AACS LA and the Licensors for testing, evaluation or development purposes or which is transferred or sold to an Adopter, Fellow Content Participant or Content Provider consistent with the terms of an Approved License and that may incorporate Evaluation Keys. For the avoidance of doubt, to the extent such data files are arranged or placed on a physical medium in a manner described with particularity by the mandatory parts of the Specifications, “Evaluation Licensed Content Product” includes such arrangement or placement, but excludes the physical medium.

Related to Evaluation Licensed Content Product

  • Licensed Product means any method, process, composition, product, service, or component part thereof that would, but for the granting of the rights set forth in this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim contained in the Licensed Patents.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Licensed producer means a person or entity licensed to produce medical cannabis.

  • Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:

  • Licensed Compound means (a) 3,4-Diaminopyridine, the chemical structure of which is set forth on Exhibit B-2; and (b) any derivatives, isomers, metabolites, prodrugs, acid forms, base forms, salt forms, or modified versions of such compound in (a).

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Licensed Territory means worldwide.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • complex product means a product which is composed of multiple components which can be replaced permitting disassembly and re-assembly of the product.

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.

  • Licensed System means, collectively:

  • Biological product means a virus, therapeutic serum, toxin, antitoxin, vaccine, blood, blood component or derivative, allergenic product, protein other than a chemically synthesized polypeptide, or analogous product, or arsphenamine or any derivative of arsphenamine or any other trivalent organic arsenic compound, applicable to the prevention, treatment, or cure of a disease or condition of human beings.

  • Diagnostic Product means In Vitro Diagnostics, In Vivo Diagnostic Agents and any product used for Diagnosis.

  • Existing Product means any formulation of the same product category and form sold, supplied, manufactured, or offered for sale in California prior to the following dates, or any subsequently introduced identical formulation:

  • New Product means the Synology-branded hardware product and Synology-branded accessories contained in the original packaging Customer bought from an authorized Synology distributor or reseller. You may see our “New Product” at Product Support Status.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • medicinal product means any substance or combination of substances presented for treating or preventing disease in human beings or animals and any substance or combination of substances which may be administered to human beings or animals with a view to making a medical diagnosis or to restoring, correcting or modifying physiological functions in humans or in animals;

  • Licensed service area means the geographic area in which the home service provider is authorized by law or contract to provide commercial mobile radio service to the customer.
