Evaluation of Bids definition

Evaluation of Bids means the process of examining a Bid after opening to determine the Bidder’s responsibility, responsiveness to requirements and to ascertain other characteristics of the Bid that relate to determination of the Most Responsive Bidder.

  • Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
