Event Logo definition

Event Logo means the logo for the Event as supplied by ASFA to the Event Contributor.
Event Logo means: (a) the approved Tour Down Under logo made available to the Business by SATC; and (b) such other designations, slogans, logos, or trademarks used by SATC and for which SATC has notified to the Business as being approved for the Business’s use from time to time.
Event Logo has the meaning given it in Section 13.3. “Event Plan” has the meaning given it in Section 2.1(a).

Examples of Event Logo in a sentence

  • Player Logos must not exceed 7.5 cm x 5 cm (3” x 2”) or 6 square inches and shall not be permitted to be positioned on the left-chest of each Players Event Shirt or above or below the Event Logo.

  • Remote Controlled Vehicles 8.5.1 The Event Logo, Logos of Event Sponsor, World Athletics Logo and/or the Logo of the Provider may appear on radio-controlled vehicles, drones or other remote- controlled devices used as equipment at the Event Sites.

  • Golf cart 8.6.1 Golf carts used at the Event Sites may display either the Event Logo or the Logo of a Event Sponsor on each side of the golf cart.

  • Tracking Vehicles Tracking vehicles for broadcast production at non-stadium Events may display either the Event Logo or the Logo of any Event Sponsor on each side of the car.

  • Event Logo any symbol, design or other graphical identification, and/or the official name (including website address and social media handles) of the Event (including, if applicable, the name of a Title Sponsor incorporated into the official name of the relevant Event).

  • Backdrops Backdrops, such as those placed behind the awards podium, in the mixed zone and in press conferences, may display the Logo of the World Athletics, the Event Logo and/or the Logo of one or more of the Event Sponsor.

  • The front, top and any element forming part of the awards podium may display the Event Logo and/or the Logo of one or more of the Event Sponsor.

  • The Event Logo, MNA, NCA or Sponsorship Logos are not permitted and the IODA Standard Race Management Forms cannot be altered in any way unless previously approved by the IODA Regatta Committee.

  • If these materials include a Gulf logo, they must also prominently display the Date of the Event, the name of the Event, and the Gulf Event Logo provided by Gulf specifically for the Event.

  • The cover page of the Event programme must include: official Event title, date and place of the Event, Event Logo and the sponsor recognition strip.


More Definitions of Event Logo

Event Logo means any brands and/or trademarks under which the respective World Championship are publicly denoted, announced, identified and/or promoted.
Event Logo means: (a) the approved Tasting Australia logo made available to the Business by SATC; and (b) such other designations, slogans, logos, or trademarks used by SATC and for which SATC has notified to the Business as being approved for the Business’s use from time to time.
Event Logo means the logo described in Appendix 4.1 under which the FIS Championships are publicly denoted, announced, identified and/or promoted.

Related to Event Logo

  • Special Servicer Termination Event shall have the meaning given to such term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Book-Down Event means an event that triggers a negative adjustment to the Capital Accounts of the Partners pursuant to Section 5.5(d).

  • Master Servicer Event of Default One or more of the events described in Section 7.01.

  • Servicer Termination Event shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or at any time that the Mortgage Loan is no longer subject to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, any analogous concept under the servicing agreement pursuant to which the Mortgage Loan is being serviced in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Servicer Event of Default One or more of the events described in Section 7.01.

  • Servicer Default means an event specified in Section 8.01.

  • Servicer Termination Events (or any analogous term under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement) include customary market termination events with respect to failure to make advances, failure to timely remit payments to the Non-Lead Note Holders as required hereunder or under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement (subject to no more than one business day grace period), failure to timely deposit amounts into any REO Account or to remit to a Servicer for deposit into a related collection or custodial account, failure to deliver (or cause to be delivered) materials or information required in order for each Non-Lead Note Holder or each Non-Lead Depositor to timely comply with its obligations under the Exchange Act, the Securities Act and Form SF-3, and for rating agency downgrades or other triggers with respect to any certificates issued in connection with a Non-Lead Securitization, subject to customary grace periods (provided that, in the case of failures related to the securities laws, such grace periods will not cause a Non-Lead Depositor to fail to comply with the applicable provisions of such securities laws). Upon the occurrence of such a Servicer Termination Event with respect to the Master Servicer affecting a Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder and the Master Servicer is not otherwise terminated pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the Master Servicer shall be required, upon the direction of such Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder, to appoint a subservicer with respect to such Non-Lead Securitization Note. Upon the occurrence of a Servicer Termination Event with respect to the Special Servicer affecting a Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder and the Special Servicer is not otherwise terminated pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the Trustee shall, upon direction of such Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder, terminate the Special Servicer with respect to, but only with respect to, the Mortgage Loan;

  • Event of Servicer Termination With respect to the Servicing Agreement, a Servicing Default as defined in Section 6.01 of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Mortgage Loan Event of Default means an “Event of Default” under and as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Substitution Event means, in respect of a Share, any Nationalization, Insolvency or Delisting in respect of such Share, or any Merger Event or Tender Offer in respect of such Share that is deemed by the Calculation Agent to be a Substitution Event, or an occurrence and continuation for at least eight consecutive applicable Exchange Business Days of a Market Disruption Event in respect of such Share.

  • Servicer Termination Notice Defined in Section 6.15.

  • Event Period shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.2 hereof.

  • Collateral Event of Default has the meaning set forth in Section 13.01(b).

  • Event Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Servicer Termination Test With respect to any Distribution Date, the Servicer will fail the Servicer Termination Test if the Realized Loss Percentage for the Mortgage Loans exceeds the applicable percentages set forth below with respect to such Distribution Date: January 2006 through December 2007 2.75% January 2008 through December 2008 3.25% January 2009 through December 2009 3.75% January 2010 and thereafter 4.50%

  • Fund Disruption Event means any of the following events, as determined by the Determination Agent in its reasonable discretion:

  • Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond WRAS’s reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks [or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;

  • Removal Event has the meaning set forth in Section 12.12 hereof.

  • Operating Advisor Termination Event As defined in Section 7.06(a) of this Agreement.

  • Owner Event of Default shall have the meaning set forth in Section 18.3.

  • Rejection Event means, in respect of the Benchmark, the relevant competent authority or other relevant official body rejects or refuses or will reject or refuse any application for authorisation, registration, recognition, endorsement, equivalence, approval or inclusion in any official register which, in each case, is required in relation to the Securities, the Benchmark or the administrator or sponsor of the Benchmark under any applicable law or regulation for the Issuer or any other entity to perform its obligations in respect of the Securities.

  • Book-Up Event means an event that triggers a positive adjustment to the Capital Accounts of the Partners pursuant to Section 5.5(d).
