Event parking definition

Event parking means parking for which fees are charged
Event parking means parking for which fees are charged outside of the rates normally charged for hourly or other periodic parking, or of the rates specified in any sign that may be posted on the commercial parking lot under section 2(1) of this act.

Examples of Event parking in a sentence

  • Event parking in Lots 002 and 003 is limited to 16 spaces and spaces are $4 per space used.

  • TBF will provide a shuttle bus system from the Site to all designated Event parking areas within the Town, including the Leased Property.

  • Licensee and its employees shall park only in areas designated by Licensor for Event parking.

  • Event Revenues shall include but not be limited to: Event ticket sales, Event camping registration fees, a portion of participant fees from the sporting events, Event alcohol sales, sponsorship sales, Event parking fees, Event merchandise sales, and any other revenue generated from the Event, as set forth in Exhibit A and Exhibit B.

  • The Owner will provide a shuttle bus system to and from the PBG Farm Property and all designated Event parking areas within the Town if deemed necessary in the event plan, including any property leased by the Owner from the Town.

  • To be sure the City does not lose parking revenues, the Event Parking Rate will be the sum of (i) the twenty (20) largest Arena Events per year (subject to adjustment as provided below), times the City’s published Lumberworks Parking Garage Arena Event parking rate per Arena event for the upcoming year and (ii) the City’s published Lumberworks Parking Garage University of Nebraska Football Game season parking rate for all games for the upcoming year.

  • To be sure the City does not lose parking revenues, the Football & Event Parking Rate will be the sum of (i) the twenty (20) largest Arena events per year (subject to adjustment as provided below), times the City’s published Deck 3 Arena Event parking rate per Arena event for the upcoming year and (ii) the City’s published Deck 3 Nebraska Football Game season parking rate for all games for the upcoming year.

  • To be sure the City does not lose parking revenues, the Event Parking Rate will be the sum of (i) the twenty (20) largest Arena Events per year (subject to adjustment as provided below), times the City’s published Haymarket Parking Garage Arena Event parking rate per Arena event for the upcoming year and (ii) the City’s published Haymarket Parking Garage University of Nebraska Football Game season parking rate for all games for the upcoming year.

  • Event parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis, as availability is impacted by pool, hall, or community amenity usage.

  • Event parking is available to the west of the Village, at the entrance to the Zim ▇▇▇▇▇ Trail and to the north of the Village, adjacent to the ball fields.

  • Tandem parking means that two or more automobiles are parked on a driveway or in any other location on a lot, lined up behind one another.

  • Parking Garage means all or a portion of a building or structure the principal or intended principal use of which is the parking or storage of motor vehicles but excludes all or a portion of a building or structure that provides no more than four motor vehicle parking or storage spaces accessory to a residential use;

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • the parking area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and as a special parking area by article 4 of this Order.

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.
