Event Weekend definition

Event Weekend means May 24-26, 2024.
Event Weekend means June 4, 2021 through and including June 6, 2021.
Event Weekend means September 29 through and including October 2, 2022.

Examples of Event Weekend in a sentence

  • Entries in the Event are to be completed online or in-person (during the Event Weekend only).

  • In no event shall Exhibitor conduct exhibitions, seminars, or distribute literature either outside the Convention Center or in any non-rented space within the Center at any time during the Event Weekend.

  • Individual and/or Company must report to the XXXXXX Golf Cart Registration (the “Compound”) during the first day of the first Event Weekend for which a Permit is issued, and the required Permit will be applied by an authorized XXXXXX employee or representative.

  • The full 28 person Roster for the Event Weekend must be confirmed by the date and time announced by USA Rugby.

  • Applications received within 7 days of an Event Weekend and on- site registration will be charged an additional $25.

  • This document properly executed by Individual and/or Company, shall upon written acceptance by XXXXXX constitute a valid and binding agreement and unless terminated earlier in accordance with its provisions herein, shall continue through midnight on the day immediately following the completion of the last Event Weekend as identified in the published 2018 Event Schedule.

  • The full 28 person Roster for the Event Weekend must be confirmed by the date and time announced by USA Rugby.43.

  • This document properly executed by Individual and/or Company, shall upon written acceptance by XXXXXX constitute a valid and binding agreement and unless terminated earlier in accordance with its provisions herein, shall continue through midnight on the day immediately following the completion of the last Event Weekend as identified in the published 2020 Event Schedule.

  • Roster – List of players competing in a specified Division for an entire Event Weekend (see also Match Roster and Event Weekend).

Related to Event Weekend

  • Weekend means a Saturday and the following Sunday, assuring a minimum of fifty-six (56) hours off duty;

  • Event Period shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.2 hereof.

  • Periodic Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • Interruption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5 hereof.

  • SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Daily Simple SOFR”.

  • Disruption Event means either or both of:

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.

  • Relevant Test Period With respect to any Loan, the relevant test period for the calculation of Net Senior Leverage Ratio, Interest Coverage Ratio, Total Net Leverage Ratio or EBITDA as applicable, for such Loan in accordance with the related Underlying Instruments or, if no such period is provided for therein, (i) for Obligors delivering monthly financial statements, each period of the last twelve (12) consecutive reported calendar months, and (ii) for Obligors delivering quarterly financial statements, each period of the last four (4) consecutive reported fiscal quarters of the principal Obligor on such Loan; provided that with respect to any Loan for which the relevant test period is not provided for in the related Underlying Instruments, if an Obligor is a newly-formed entity as to which twelve (12) consecutive calendar months have not yet elapsed, “Relevant Test Period” shall initially include the period from the date of formation of such Obligor to the end of the twelfth (12th) calendar month or fourth (4th) fiscal quarter (as the case may be) from the date of formation, and shall subsequently include each period of the last twelve (12) consecutive reported calendar months or four (4) consecutive reported fiscal quarters (as the case may be) of such Obligor.

  • Operating Day means the daily 24 hour period beginning at midnight for which transactions on the PJM Interchange Energy Market are scheduled.

  • commencement day means the day on which the State Administrative Tribunal (Conferral of Jurisdiction) Amendment and Repeal Act 2004 Part 2 Division 29 comes into operation;

  • Settlement Disruption Event means each of the following events, as determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion acting in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner:

  • Day means calendar day.

  • Termination Day means: (a) each day on which the conditions set forth in Section 2 of Exhibit II to the Agreement are not satisfied or (b) each day that occurs on or after the Facility Termination Date.

  • Grace Period Business Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are generally open to settle payments in the place or places and on the days specified for that purpose in the relevant Obligation and if a place or places are not so specified, in the jurisdiction of the Obligation Currency.

  • Curtailment Period means a time period for which Seller is requested by CAISO or a Transmission Provider to curtail its Power Product for Force Majeure or otherwise.

  • Valuation Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).

  • Calendar Month means any of the twelve (12) months of the Calendar Year.

  • Rating period means the 12-month period for which premium rates are determined by a health

  • Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.

  • Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Rebalance Business Day means any day which is a, Exchange Business Day and also a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payment in the country in which the relevant Reference Asset is admitted to trading or any other day designated as a Rebalance Business Day by the Issuer.

  • Widely attended event means an event at which at least 25 persons have been invited to attend or there is a reasonable expectation that at least 25 persons will attend the event and the event is open to individuals (i) who are members of a public, civic, charitable or professional organization, (ii) who are from a particular industry or profession or (iii) who represent persons interested in a particular issue.

  • Per day means per calendar day or part thereof.

  • Delivery Month means each month specified as such by the Exchange pursuant to

  • Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.
