EXASOL Group means EXASOL and each other company which is for the time being (whether on or after the date of this Agreement) a Related Undertaking of EXASOL;

Examples of EXASOL Group in a sentence

  • The Customer shall not, and shall procure that its Related Undertakings shall not, bring any claim, whether for breach of contract, in tort (including negligence), for breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, against any other member of the EXASOL Group under or in connection with this Agreement.

  • In case of subcontractors which do not belong to EXASOL Group, Customer will be notified in advance.

Related to EXASOL Group

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.

  • Participating Company Group means, at any point in time, all corporations collectively which are then Participating Companies.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Affiliated Group means any affiliated group within the meaning of Code Section 1504(a) or any similar group defined under a similar provision of state, local or foreign law.
