Excess Cash Flow Reserve definition

Excess Cash Flow Reserve shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.6 hereof.
Excess Cash Flow Reserve means the reserve account required to be established by the Company pursuant to Section 7.60 hereof.
Excess Cash Flow Reserve means at any time the aggregate amount contained in the Collateral Account at such time representing Committed Capital Expenditure Deposits made pursuant to the Collateral Account Agreement for the purpose described in the definition of Committed Capital Expenditure Deposit but not used to fund Capital Expenditures within 12 months of deposit.

  • Any Excess Cash Flow Reserve Funds remaining after the Debt has been paid in full shall be paid to Borrower.
