Excess Production Costs definition

Excess Production Costs means, for any Computation Period, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of Production Costs for such Computation Period over Gross Proceeds for such Computation Period.
Excess Production Costs means, for any month, the amount of Production Costs (plus any Excess Production Costs carried forward from a prior month) in excess of Gross Proceeds for such month.
Excess Production Costs at any point in time means an amount equal to the excess of Production Costs over Gross Proceeds for the period ending with such point and beginning with the end of the most recent month in which there were Net Proceeds.

  • Relocation Costs means costs incurred in the relocation of the furniture, fixtures, equip- ment, machinery and supplies, including, but not limited to, the cost of dismantling and reassembling equipment and the cost of floor preparation necessary for the reassembly of the equipment. Relocation costs include only such costs that are incurred during the ninety-day period immediately following the commencement of the relocation to an eli- gible premises. Relocation costs do not include costs for structural or capital improve- ments or items purchased in connection with the relocation.

  • Project Expenses means usual and customary operating and financial costs. The term does not include extraordinary capital expenses, development fees and other non-operating expenses.

  • Construction Costs means land costs, all costs paid to construct and complete the Improvements, as specified on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Project Costs means all allowable costs, as set forth in the applicable Federal cost principles, incurred by a recipient and the value of the contribu- tions made by third parties in accom- plishing the objectives of the award during the project period.

  • Allowable Costs means the costs defined as allowable in 42 CFR, Chapter IV, Part 413, as amended to October 1, 2007, except for the purposes of calculating direct medical education costs, where only the reported costs of the interns and residents are allowed.
