Excess Yield Maintenance Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the sum of the Yield Maintenance Payments for such Distribution Date over (b) the sum of the Yield Maintenance Agreement Amounts for the Adjustable Rate Certificates for such Distribution Date.

Examples of Excess Yield Maintenance Amount in a sentence

  • In the event that the amount received by the Trustee with respect to the Yield Maintenance Agreement for any Distribution Date exceeds the amounts required under subclause (2) of clauses (a) through (h) above on such Distribution Date, such aggregate amount will constitute the Excess Yield Maintenance Amount and will be distributed by the Trustee on such Distribution Date in the manner set forth in Section 5.04(a)(iii) in accordance with the Remittance Report for such Distribution Date.

  • Yield Maintenance Amount means, with respect to any Note, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Discounted Value of the Called Principal of such Note over the sum of (i) such Called Principal plus (ii) interest accrued thereon as of (including interest due on) the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal. The Yield-Maintenance Amount shall in no event be less than zero.

  • Yield Maintenance Charge With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Loan, the yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium, if any, payable under the related Note in connection with certain prepayments.

  • Group I Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans.
