Exchange Acceptance definition

Exchange Acceptance means acceptance by the Exchange of all the transactions contemplated herein. “交易所批准”指“交易所”对本协议所规定的交易的批准。

More Definitions of Exchange Acceptance

Exchange Acceptance means Exchange acceptance for filing of Mill City’s documents related to this Agreement;

Related to Exchange Acceptance

  • Exchange Access means as defined in the Act.

  • Letter of Acceptance means the letter of formal acceptance, signed by the contractor. Procuring Entity, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties.

  • Offer Acceptance Time is defined in Section 1.1(h) of the Agreement.

  • Legended Regulation S Global Note means a global Note in the form of Exhibit A, bearing the Global Note Legend and the Private Placement Legend and deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee, issued in a denomination equal to the outstanding principal amount at maturity of the Notes initially sold in reliance on Rule 903 of Regulation S.

  • Exchange Contract means a contract for a Commodity approved by SFC and HKFE for trading on one of the markets from time to time established and operated by HKFE which may result in a Futures Contract and/or an Option Contract;
