Exchange Acceptance definition

Exchange Acceptance means receipt by the Purchaser of acceptance of the Exchange to the transactions contemplated hereby, including the issuance of the Consideration Shares and Warrants;
Exchange Acceptance means the acceptance for filing of this Agreement and the Option Transaction by the Exchange; (t)
Exchange Acceptance means the conditional acceptance by the Exchange of the transactions contemplated under the Share Purchase Agreement and any applicable related transaction agreements.

Related to Exchange Acceptance

  • Exchange Access means as defined in the Act.

  • XXXX Acceptance Form means the “Acceptance Form for End User License Agreement (for SAP On Premise indirect sales)” which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.

  • Accepted Note shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(5).

  • Permitted Loan Purchase Assignment and Acceptance means an assignment and acceptance entered into by a Lender as an Assignor and Holdings, the Borrower or any of the Subsidiaries as an Assignee, as accepted by the Administrative Agent (if required by Section 9.04) in the form of Exhibit F or such other form as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent and the Borrower (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

  • Exchange Contract means a contract for Commodity approved by SFC and the HKFE for trading on one of the markets from time to time established and operated by the HKFE which may result in a Futures Contract and/or an Options Contract.
