No other financial statements or schedules of the Partnership are required by the Securities Act, the Rules and Regulations, the Exchange Act or the Exchange Act Rules and Regulations to be included in the Registration Statement or the Prospectus.
The Company’s internal control over financial reporting as defined in Rules 13a-15(f) and 15d-15(f) of the Exchange Act Rules and Regulations is effective and the Company is not aware of any material weakness in its internal control over financial reporting.
