Exchange Activity definition

Exchange Activity means business for which a Clearing Firm, FCM-Broker, Participant, Participant-Broker, is subject to the Exchange Rules, which is purportedly conducted subject to the Exchange Rules, or which should have been conducted subject to the Exchange Rules.
Exchange Activity means business for which a Clearing Firm, FCM, Participant, or other persons, is subject to the Eris Exchange Rules, which is purportedly conducted subject to the Eris Exchange Rules, or which should have been conducted subject to the Eris Exchange Rules.

  • If Applicant makes payment within the 10 day notice period, Carequality will not suspend Applicant’s ability to participate in any Exchange Activity under this Agreement for the non-payment.

  • Applicant shall continue to incur Fees during any period of time in which Applicant is suspended pursuant to this Section or Section 5.3. In the event Applicant fails to make any undisputed payment required hereunder, upon at least ten (10) days prior written notice, Carequality, without limitation to any other remedy it may have, may suspend Applicant’s ability to participate in any Exchange Activity under this Agreement.

  • To the extent that Carequality determines that one of Applicant’s Carequality Connections has created a Threat Condition, Carequality may suspend that Carequality Connection’s ability to participate in any Exchange Activity under this Agreement.
