So long as the Servicer is filing Exchange Act Reports with respect to the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee shall promptly notify the Servicer, but in no event later than one Business Day after its occurrence, of any Reportable Event of which a Responsible Officer of the Indenture Trustee has actual knowledge (other than a Reportable Event described in clause (a) or (b) of the definition thereof as to which the Servicer has actual knowledge).
