Exchange Act Reports definition

Exchange Act Reports means any reports on Form 10-D, Form 8-K and Form 10-K filed or to be filed by the Seller with respect to the Issuer under the Exchange Act.

Exchange Act Reports. Any reports on Form 10-D, Form 8-K and Form 10-K required to be filed by the Depositor with respect to the Trust Fund under the Exchange Act.

So long as the Servicer is filing Exchange Act Reports with respect to the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee shall promptly notify the Servicer, but in no event later than one Business Day after its occurrence, of any Reportable Event of which a Responsible Officer of the Indenture Trustee has actual knowledge (other than a Reportable Event described in clause (a) or (b) of the definition thereof as to which the Servicer has actual knowledge).
If at any time the Sub-Servicer shall fail to comply with any of its obligations under Section 4.16 of this Agreement during the period that the Seller is required to file Exchange Act Reports with respect to the Trust and such failure is not remedied within the lesser of ten calendar days and the period of time in which the related Exchange Act Report is required to be filed (without taking into account any extensions), then the Seller may remove the Sub-Servicer.

Exchange Act Reports means information, documents or reports required to be filed with the Commission pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act.

Exchange Act Reports. Any reports required to be filed pursuant to Sections 3.17, 3.18 and 3.23 of this Agreement.

Exchange Act Reports shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 8.15(a).

Exchange Act Reports means any reports on Form 10-D, Form 8-K and Form 10-K filed or to be filed by the Transferor with respect to the Issuer under the Exchange Act.
