Exchange Act Reports means any reports on Form 10-D, Form 8-K and Form 10-K filed or to be filed by the Seller with respect to the Issuer under the Exchange Act.
Exchange Act Reports. All Distribution Reports on Form 10-D, Current Reports on Form 8-K and Annual Reports on Form 10-K that are to be filed with respect to the related SPV pursuant to the Exchange Act.
Exchange Act Reports. Any reports on Form 10-D, Form 8-K and Form 10-K required to be filed by the Depositor with respect to the Trust Fund under the Exchange Act.

  • So long as the Servicer is filing Exchange Act Reports with respect to the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee shall promptly notify the Servicer, but in no event later than one Business Day after its occurrence, of any Reportable Event of which a Responsible Officer of the Indenture Trustee has actual knowledge (other than a Reportable Event described in clause (a) or (b) of the definition thereof as to which the Servicer has actual knowledge).
