Exchange Approval definition

Exchange Approval means approval of the issuance of Common Stock or Common Stock Equivalents contemplated by Section 6 of this Certificate by the principal Market, which approval shall be obtained as soon as practicable following the favorable vote therefor at the Corporation’s annual or special shareholder meeting.
Exchange Approval means approval of the Common Stock or Common Stock Equivalents contemplated by this Agreement by the NYSE American, which approval shall be obtained no later than twenty-five (25) days after the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Exchange Approval

Exchange Approval means any approval given by the Exchange under the Exchange Requirements. “Exchange Requirements” includes the following:
