Exchange Policies definition

Exchange Policies means the policies, bylaws, rules and regulations of the Exchange governing the granting of options by the Company, as amended from time to time;

Exchange Policies means the policies of the Exchange, including those set forth in the Corporate Finance Manual of the Exchange;

• This Plan and the granting and exercise of any options hereunder are also subject to such other terms and conditions as are set out from time to time in applicable Securities Laws and Exchange Policies and such terms and conditions shall be deemed to be incorporated into and become a part of this Plan.
