Exchange Purchase definition

Exchange Purchase means any Shareholder-Initiated fund transfer of any portion of a Shareholder's assets into a Fund; provided that, such term does not include purchases into the Fund made with new assets invested in a Fund, but does include the purchase side of a non­ systematic reallocation or rebalancing transaction.
