Sub-Recipient means a partner, joint venturer, director, employee, agent and subcontractors of a Recipient to whom a Recipient must disclose Confidential Information.
Recipients has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Prime Recipient means a Colorado State agency or institution of higher education that receives an Award.
Eligible Recipients means all Employees, all Non-Employee Directors and all Consultants.
Information Recipients has the meaning stated in Section 4.9(a).
Award Recipient means the person, entity or entities that are to receive or have received grant funds through an award from the Illinois State Board of Education. The terms "grantee" and "award recipient" may be used interchangeably.
Service Recipient means, with respect to a Participant holding a given Award, the member of the Company Group by which the original recipient of such Award is, or following a Termination was most recently, principally employed or to which such original recipient provides, or following a Termination was most recently providing, services, as applicable.
Grant Recipient means the national government or a national government entity authorised to control or spend money under this Act or an incorporated or unincorporated body not otherwise authorised to control or spend money under this Act;
Primary recipient means any recipi- ent which is authorized or required to extend or distribute Federal financial assistance to another recipient.
Intended Recipient means any person or party to whom any Messages are intended by the sender to be sent through or incidental to any of the Tradelink Services.
Permitted Recipients means the parties to this agreement, the employees of each party and any third parties engaged to perform obligations in connection with this Agreement;
Instructions to Consultants (Section 2 of the RFP) means the document which provides shortlisted Consultants with all information needed to prepare their Proposals.
Information Recipient has the meaning stated in Section 4.9(a).
unintended recipient means the recipient of funds as a result of a mistaken internet payment
Designated User means any person(s) that you authorise as users of your Broadband service.
Motorola means Motorola, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Designated recipient means a person chosen by a user using an online tool to administer digital assets of the user.
Information Service Provider A provider of Information Service. Information Service Provider includes, but is not limited to, Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
Qualified recipient means a person certified by a qualified organization as meeting all of the following qualifications:
Company Service Provider means an employee, individual consultant, individual independent contractor, individual self-employed contractor, leased or temporary employee or director of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Sub-Service Provider means any person / firm / Organization / company /entity (other than the Service Provider) and it’s legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns named in the Contract as a Sub-Service Provider for a part of the Services or to whom a part of the Services has been sub-Contracted with the written prior consent of the Employer.
Alternate Recipient means any Child of a Participant who is recognized under a Medical Child Support Order as having a right to enrollment under this Plan as the Participant’s eligible Dependent. For purposes of the benefits provided under this Plan, an Alternate Recipient shall be treated as an eligible Dependent, but for purposes of the reporting and disclosure requirements under ERISA, an Alternate Recipient shall have the same status as a Participant.
Cloud Service Provider or CSP means a company or organization that offers some component of cloud computing – typically Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) – to other businesses, organizations or individuals.
CBOT means The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc.
Common Service Provider means a person nominated by the ICSDs to perform the role of common service provider;
Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.
