Exchange Securities Trustee definition

Exchange Securities Trustee means a bank or trust company reasonably satisfactory to the Initial Purchasers, as trustee with respect to the Exchange Securities under the Exchange Securities Indenture.
Exchange Securities Trustee means the Trustee or a bank or trust company satisfactory to the Initial Purchasers, as trustee with respect to the Exchange Securities under the Exchange Securities Indenture. For the purposes of the Exchange Securities Indenture, The Bank of New York is deemed satisfactory to the Initial Purchasers.
Exchange Securities Trustee means U.S. Trust Company of Texas, N.A. or such other bank or trust company reasonably satisfactory to the Initial Purchasers, as trustee with respect to the Exchange Securities under the Exchange Securities Indenture.
