Excluded Investors definition

Excluded Investors means Cxxxx and Company, LLC and its Affiliates.

The Company acknowledges and agrees that no Investor (other than Excluded Investors) makes or has made any representations or warranties with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby other than those specifically set forth in the Transaction Documents.
