Excluded Maintenance definition

Excluded Maintenance has the meaning given to it in Schedule 8 (Maintenance Rent);
Excluded Maintenance means [REDACTED]. For avoidance of doubt, [REDACTED] shall not be deemed Excluded Maintenance.

  • To the extent that the parties disagree as to whether a repair constitutes an Excluded Maintenance Work and are incapable of resolving the disagreement within fourteen (14) days from the date the issue was first submitted to the Supervisory Board, the provisions of Section 32 of the Agreement shall apply.


More Definitions of Excluded Maintenance

Excluded Maintenance means, with regard to the Villa, those categories of maintenance and repairs listed in Schedule 1 which are your responsibility;
