Exclusive Antigen definition

Exclusive Antigen shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.1.
Exclusive Antigen means collectively, the First Exclusive Antigen, the Second Exclusive Antigen and any Replacement Antigen.
Exclusive Antigen means collectively, the First Exclusive Antigen, the Second Exclusive Antigen and the Third Exclusive Antigen, but specifically excluding any Collaboration Antigen. “Exclusive License” has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.2. -9-

  • Schedule D to this Agreement will be amended from time to time to list the Designated Antigens and the Second Exclusive Antigen (including a description thereof) under this Agreement.

  • Antigen means a substance recognized by the body as being foreign; it results in the production of specific antibodies directed against it.
