Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.
Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.
Executive Director means the executive director of the
Executive manager means an individual employed by a new motor vehicle dealer in an executive capacity and who has a written employment agreement with the dealer that includes a right for the executive manager to purchase a controlling interest in the dealership at a future time or on the death or incapacity of the dealer.
Executive Board means a group of directors elected or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the commission.
Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.
Executive Mayor means the councillor elected as the executive mayor of the municipality in terms of section 55 of the Municipal Structures Act;
Non-Executive Director Means any director who is not an Executive Director.
Executive Member means any elected member of the authority appointed to the executive of that authority;
Executive means the individual named in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.
Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.
Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
shadow director means, in relation to a company, any person in accordance with whose directions or instructions the directors of the company are accustomed to act, but the person is not deemed to be a shadow director by reason only that the directors act on advice given by that person in a professional capacity; and
the Executive means the Health and Safety Executive;
Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
Management Director means a Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who shall have the powers and duties to manage the business and affairs of the Company and exercise its powers to the extent set forth in this Agreement, the Certificate and the Act. Each Management Director shall be a “manager” of the Company within the meaning of the Act.
Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.
Non-Management Director means any Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who is not a Management Director.
county executive committee member means the county executive committee member responsible for matters relating to land;
Lead Director means, at any given time, the lead, independent member (if any) elected as such by the Board and occupying such position.
Executive Engineer “Superintending Engineer” and “Chief Engineer” used in the contract and the documents attached thereto, shall respectively be taken to include the terms “Deputy Director” “Director” and “Director General” or the holder of the corresponding posts in relation to the work.
Medical director means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A who shall be responsible for overall medical direction of the service program and who has completed a medical director workshop, sponsored by the department, within one year of assuming duties.
Executive Severance Plan means the Company’s Senior Executive Employee Severance Pay Plan, as in effect from time to time.
Chief Nursing Executive means the senior nurse employed by the Hospital who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for nursing services provided in the Hospital;
Executive Committee means a group of directors elected or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the Commission.
