Executive Steering Committee definition

Executive Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 21(a) of this Agreement.

Executive Steering Committee shall have the meaning set forth in the Account Governance Schedule.

Executive Steering Committee means a special committee of the Prodigy Board of Directors, which is established by Prodigy in accordance with the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation and the Amended and Restated By-Laws and which consists of four members, two of whom are selected by the SBC Directors and two of whom are selected by Telefonos de Mexico, S.A. de C.V.

More Definitions of Executive Steering Committee

Executive Steering Committee or “ESC” means the committee formed by the Parties as described in Section 3.1.
