Executive Stockholder definition

Executive Stockholder means Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx and/or Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx.

Executive Stockholder means any Stockholder who is or was an Executive or any Stockholder which has any direct or indirect stockholders, partners, trust grantors, beneficiaries, members or other owners who are or were Executives or Permitted Transferees of Executives.

Executive Stockholder means, upon the termination of this Agreement other than the Continuing Provisions pursuant to Section 13(b) of this Agreement, any senior executive for so long as such senior executive is a member of the Leadership Team.

• Any transferee of Executive Stock pursuant to a transfer in accordance with the provisions of this Section 4(b)(i) is herein referred to as a "Permitted Transferee."
