Executive session means any meeting or part of a meeting of a governing body which is closed to certain persons for deliberation on certain matters.
Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.
Executive manager means an individual employed by a new motor vehicle dealer in an executive capacity and who has a written employment agreement with the dealer that includes a right for the executive manager to purchase a controlling interest in the dealership at a future time or on the death or incapacity of the dealer.
Executive Director means the executive director of the
Director of Nursing means an individual who is responsible for the nursing services provided in a nursing care institution.
Executive Mayor means the councillor elected as the executive mayor of the municipality in terms of section 55 of the Municipal Structures Act;
Non-Executive Director Means any director who is not an Executive Director.
Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.
Executive Secretary means the executive secretary of the board.
Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.
Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.
Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
Executive Engineer “Superintending Engineer” and “Chief Engineer” used in the contract and the documents attached thereto, shall respectively be taken to include the terms “Deputy Director” “Director” and “Director General” or the holder of the corresponding posts in relation to the work.
county executive committee member means the county executive committee member responsible for matters relating to land;
Service corporation means a corporation organized under ss. 180.1903 to 180.1921.
Executive Member means any elected member of the authority appointed to the executive of that authority;
Director-General means the Director-General of the Department;
Radiologic technologist, limited means an individual, other than a licensed radiologic technologist,
Executive Severance Plan means the Company’s Senior Executive Employee Severance Pay Plan, as in effect from time to time.
Service Company means any entity employed by the Custodian or the Distributor, including the transfer agent for the Fund(s), to perform various administrative duties of either the Custodian or the Distributor. In any case where there is no Service Company, the duties assigned hereunder to the Service Company will be performed by the Distributor (if any) or by an entity that has a contract to perform management or investment advisory services for the Fund(s).
Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.
Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.
Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999 between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If it is determined that the Michigan economic development corporation is unable to perform its duties under this act, those duties shall be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.
Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
Executive Board means a group of directors elected or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the commission.
Dell means Dell Inc., a Delaware corporation.
