Exempt Registrations definition

Exempt Registrations shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.4 of the Schedule VI. “Exercising Shareholder” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.4(v).
Exempt Registrations means registrations relating solely to employee benefit plans on Form S-1 or Form S-8 or similar forms that may be promulgated in the future, or registrations relating solely to a Commission Rule 145 transaction on Form S-4 or similar forms that may be promulgated in the future.
Exempt Registrations shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.2(d).

  • Company IP Registrations means all Company Intellectual Property that is subject to any issuance registration, application or other filing by, to or with any Governmental Authority or authorized private registrar in any jurisdiction, including registered trademarks, domain names and copyrights, issued and reissued patents and pending applications for any of the foregoing.

  • Exchange Registration shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 3(c) hereof.

  • Registration Books means the records maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 2.08 for the registration and transfer of ownership of the Bonds.
