Exercisability Date definition

Exercisability Date means the later of (i) the Issuance Date and (ii) the first Trading Day following the date the Company obtains shareholder approval for the Proposal as described in Section 5(b) above; provided, however, in the event of a Fundamental Transaction prior to obtaining shareholder approval of the Proposal, the first Trading Day following the closing of the Fundamental Transaction shall be deemed the Exercisability Date; provided, further, that treatment of this Warrant in the event of a Fundamental Transaction is addressed in Section 4(b) above.
Exercisability Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.
Exercisability Date means, with respect to each Warrant, the date as of which both of the following shall have occurred (whether before or on such date): (i) the Separability Date and (ii) an Exercise Event.

More Definitions of Exercisability Date

Exercisability Date means the Issuance Date; provided, further, that treatment of this Warrant in the event of a Fundamental Transaction is addressed in Section 4(b) above.
Exercisability Date means the date of the Company Stockholder Meeting (as defined in and contemplated by Section 6.12 of the Agreement).
