Exhibition Center definition

Exhibition Center means the Fox Cities Exhibition Center, a convention center as referenced in the Room Tax Act, more specifically described in Exhibit A hereto and situated on the Exhibition Center Property.
Exhibition Center means Center named in the Application Form or such other venue as may be selected by the other organizers

  • The Exhibitor may not alter or in any way affect the structure or fixtures of the Exhibition Center.

  • This Contract may be terminated by the Organisers by notice to the Exhibitor upon the occurrence of any of the following events:- (1) the Exhibition is cancelled under clause 12; (2) the Organisers are not satisfied that proper use is being made of the Exhibition Space during the installation period or at any time during the term of the Exhibition or at any other time when the Exhibitor or any of its Representatives or exhibits is in the Exhibition Center in connection with the Exhibition.

  • The Exhibitor will pay the costs of making good any damage caused to the Exhibition Center or fixtures by it and/or its representatives.The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admittance to the Exhibitor and/or any of the Exhibitor’s Representatives or to require the Exhibitor and/or any such Representative to leave if in their opinion his or her behaviour is in breach of these rules and regulations or of any rules and regulations of the Exhibition Centre or local laws and regulations.

  • If a grapple truck must be deployed as a result of scheduling leaving insufficient time for moving out or venue or booth planning (which meets the following criteria) leading to noise or traffic issues in the surrounding area, the grapple truck operator must submit a "Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1 Grapple Truck Entry Application and Affidavit" to the management unit 3 business days before the grapple truck's entry.*TaiNEX1: Two or more areas are leased.*TaiNEX2: One or more areas are leased.

  • Detailed information on the possibilities of catering at the booth will be given in the Exhibitor Manual at a later stage but in due time before the trade fair starts.It's strongly suggested by MM-SH that the exhibitors and visitors should not buy or take any food or drink from illegal peddlers in the Exhibition Center, otherwise the damage or loss incurred shall be borne by themselves.

  • If for any reason beyond its reasonable control including, fire, strike, earthquake, damage, construction or renovation to the Exhibition Center, government regulation, public catastrophe, Act of God, or any similar reason, GCS shall determine that the Exhibition or any part may not be held, GCS may cancel the Exhibition or any part thereof.

  • Please note that special smoking areas have been set up inside the Exhibition Center.

Related to Exhibition Center

  • Data Center means the location where the production instance of the Cloud Service is hosted for the Customer in its region, as published at: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/corporate-en/about/our- company/policies/data-privacy-and-security/location-of-data-center.html or notified to Customer or otherwise agreed in an Order Form.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.
