More Definitions of Existing Bylaws

Existing Bylaws means the amended and restated bylaws of the Purchaser, as amended, as in effect as of the Agreement Date, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Zoning Bylaw means City of Kelowna Zoning Bylaw No. 8000, as amended or replaced from time to time.

  • Articles of Incorporation means the Articles of Incorporation, Declaration of Trust, or other similar organizational document as the case may be, of a Fund as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Certificate of Incorporation means the Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, as amended from time to time.

  • Amended Articles means the amended articles of JMB, reflecting the alterations to the Original Articles as provided for in the Plan, substantially in the form attached as Schedule “A” to the Plan;

  • Articles of Association means the articles of association of the Company, as amended from time to time.

  • Memorandum and Articles means the Memorandum of Association of the Company and the Articles of Association of the Company, as each may be amended and/or restated from time to time.

  • Land Use Bylaw means Bylaw 75 of the Municipality, approved on August 6, 1992, as amended, or successor bylaws.

  • Charter Amendment means the Certificate of Amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.

  • Governing statute of an organization means the statute that governs the organization's internal affairs.
