Existing Consumer definition

Existing Consumer means a consumer that is or has been a cost-of-service consumer of an electric company within the prior five calendar years.
Existing Consumer means a person already availing open Access for sourcing/ supplying renewable energy to the transmission system and/ or distribution system of a licensee in the State under an existing agreement or Government of Sikkim policy on the date of coming into force of these Regulations;
