Existing Customer Agreement definition

Existing Customer Agreement means a contract between MAI and its customer which is in effect on the Effective Date of this Agreement and also means any subsequent renewal of such an Agreement on substantially the same terms and conditions as are in effect on the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • The Existing Customer Agreement and any other agreements which may be in effect by and between Streamline and/or its Affiliates, on the one hand, and Montefiore and/or its Affiliates, on the other hand, and the respective parties’ rights thereunder, will not be affected by the termination of this Contract.
