Existing Euro Senior Secured Notes means the Company’s and Unitymedia NRW’s (i) €650,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 51/2% Senior Secured Notes due 2022, (ii) €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 53/4% Senior Secured Notes due 2023, (iii) €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5⅛% Senior Secured Notes due 2023, (iv) €350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 55/8% Senior Secured Notes due 2023, (v) €475,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 61/4 % Senior Secured Notes due 2029, (vi) €1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4% Senior Secured Notes due 2025, (vii) €420,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 45/8%Senior Secured Notes due 2026, and (viii) €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 31/2%Senior Secured Notes due 2027, in each case, issued pursuant to the relevant Existing Senior Secured Notes Indenture.
Existing Euro Senior Secured Notes means collectively, the Issuers’ (1) €735,096,000 aggregate principal amount of 7 ½% Senior Secured Notes due 2019, (2) €650,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5 ½% Senior Secured Notes due 2022, (3) €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5 ¾% Senior Secured Notes due 2023, (4) €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5 1⁄8% Senior Secured Notes due 2023, (5) €350 million aggregate principal amount of 5 5⁄8% Senior Secured Notes due 2023, and (6) €475 million aggregate principal amount of 6 ¼% Senior Secured Notes due 2029, in each case, issued pursuant to the relevant Existing Senior Secured Notes Indenture.
Existing Euro Senior Secured Notes means Unitymedia Hessen’s and Unitymedia NRW’s (i) €1,430,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 81/8% Senior Secured Notes due 2017, (ii) Euro Senior Secured Exchange Notes and (iii) €650,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 51/2% Senior Secured Notes due 2022, issued pursuant to the relevant Existing Senior Secured Notes Indenture.
