Existing Housing Credits means Tthe amount of annual Tax Credits allotted by the federal government to each state annually is as determined by the state’s population (“per capita credits”) excluding Disaster Housing Credits. The amount of “per capita” credit for the State shall be announced in the Notice of Funding Availability (“NOFA”) to precede the application round.
