Existing Industrial definition

Existing Industrial means an Industrial building or buildings existing on a site as of the date of passage of this by-law, or the first building or buildings constructed on a vacant site pursuant to site plan approval under section 41 of the Planning Act, , R.S.O. 1990, Chap. P.13, as amended, or any successor thereof, subsequent to the passage of this by-law for which full development charges were paid;
Existing Industrial means an Industrial Building or structure existing on a site as of the date this by-law comes into effect, or the first building or structures constructed on a vacant site pursuant to site plan approval under section 41 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13, as amended, or any successor thereof, subsequent to this by-law, for which full development charges were paid;
Existing Industrial means an industrial building or buildings existing on a site in the Town of Smiths Falls on the date of by-law passage or the first building or buildings constructed and occupied on a vacant site pursuant to site plan approval under section 41 of the Planning Act subsequent to the date of by-law passage which full development charges were paid;
