Site Plan Approval means approval by the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning Division or City Council, pursuant to Section 114 of the City of Toronto Act, 2006;
Site Plan Approval means the official document or permit by which an Applicant is allowed to construct and use Small Cell Wireless Facilities as granted or issued by the Town.

More Definitions of Site Plan Approval
Site Plan Approval has the meaning provided in Recital 24 of this Agreement. "State" means the State of New York.

This funding shall be provided as $1,000,000.00 at time of closing with the archdiocese. The remainder shall be paid to the town over the course of the project on a per unit basis at the time of request of a residential building permit. If for any reason the number of units of development are reduced the impact mitigation funds will not be reduced.
Site Plan Approval means the approval by the Planning Board of the construction or establishment of use described in the Site Plan Review Application, containing such terms and conditions as the Planning Board deems appropriate.
