Existing Lessor definition

Existing Lessor means Corcim, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

Existing Lessor means, as provided in the table set forth in Exhibit B, in relation to Aircraft 1 and related Lease, Seller 1 and in relation to Aircraft 2 and related Lease, Seller 2.

Existing Lessor has the meaning ascribed thereto in the definition of “Assignment of Lease” herein.

Examples of Existing Lessor in a sentence

• New Lessor and Existing Lessor hereby notify Lessee that at the Effective Time ownership in the Aircraft has been transferred to New Lessor.

Existing Lessor shall have the meaning given to such term in the Assignment and Recharacterization Agreement.
