Existing Secured Notes Indentures definition

Existing Secured Notes Indentures means the 3.750% Secured Notes Indenture, the 4.250% Secured Notes Indenture, the 2026 Secured Notes Indenture and the 2028 Secured Notes Indenture.
Existing Secured Notes Indentures means the Existing 2025 Encore Fixed Rate Notes Indenture, the Existing 2026 Encore Fixed Rate Notes Indenture, the Existing 2028 Encore Floating Rate Notes Indenture, the Existing 2028 Encore Fixed Rate Notes Indenture and the Existing 2029 Encore Fixed Rate Notes Indenture.
Existing Secured Notes Indentures means the (i) Existing Dollar Secured Notes Indenture and (ii) Existing Euro Secured Notes Indenture.

Existing Secured Notes Indentures means the 3.750% Secured Notes Indenture, the 4.250% Secured Notes Indenture, the 2026 Secured Notes Indenture, the 2028 Secured Notes Indenture and the 2031 Secured Notes Indenture.
Existing Secured Notes Indentures means, collectively, the Existing First Lien Secured Notes Indentures and the Existing Second Lien Secured Notes Indenture.

Related to Existing Secured Notes Indentures

  • Senior Notes Indenture means the Indenture for the Senior Notes, dated December 29, 2011, between the Borrower and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented, replaced or refinanced to the extent not prohibited by this Agreement.

  • Existing Secured Notes means the previously issued debt securities of the Issuers outstanding on the date hereof.

  • New Securities Indenture means an indenture between the Company and the New Securities Trustee, identical in all material respects to the Indenture (except that the transfer restrictions shall be modified or eliminated, as appropriate), which may be the Indenture if in the terms thereof appropriate provision is made for the New Securities.
