Existing Security System within the Premises installed by the existing tenant. Tenant shall furnish Landlord with a copy of all key codes or access cards and Tenant shall ensure that Landlord shall have access to the Premises at all times. Additionally, Tenant shall ensure that the Existing Security System shall comply with all Laws, including all fire safety laws, and in no event shall Landlord be liable for, and Tenant shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Landlord and its representatives and agents from any claims, demands, liabilities, causes of action, suits, judgments, damages and expenses arising from, the Existing Security System or the malfunctioning thereof in accordance with Tenant’s indemnity contained in Section 11.4 hereof. Sections 8 and 21 of this Lease shall govern the maintenance and Landlord’s removal rights with respect to the Existing Security System. More Definitions of Existing Security System

Existing Security System means a security system already installed at the Customer’s Premises prior to the time of entry into this Agreement. Fees includes any fee or charges payable under this Agreement, including without limitation, fees or charges for Monitoring Services, Security Services, Equipment or Additional Fees as listed in Schedule 1. Force Majeure Event means any event or circumstance not within the control of a party and which by the exercise of reasonable care, that party is not able to prevent or overcome.

  • X-ray system means an assemblage of components for the controlled production of x-rays. It includes minimally an x-ray high-voltage generator, an x-ray control, a tube housing assembly, a beam-limiting device, and the necessary supporting structures. Additional components which function with the system are considered integral parts of the system.

This term includes systems similar to separate storm sewer systems in municipalities, such as systems at military bases, large hospital or prison complexes, and highway and other thoroughfares. The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.
