Existing Senior Note Documents means the Existing Senior Notes, the Existing Senior Note Agreements, the Existing Senior Note Guarantees and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to either Existing Senior Notes or the Existing Senior Note Agreements.

More Definitions of Existing Senior Note Documents

Existing Senior Note Documents shall collectively mean (i) the Indenture, dated as of June 10, 2003, by and among Xxxxxxxxxx, as issuer, Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee and collateral agent and the guarantors party thereto, (ii) the 12.50% notes due in 2007 issued by Xxxxxxxxxx in the aggregate principal amount of $75,854,000 pursuant to the terms of the Indenture and (iii) all documents and agreements executed in connection with such Indenture and/or notes including, without limitation, all guarantees, pledge agreements, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust and similar agreements supporting, guaranteeing and/or securing repayment of the obligations under the Indenture and/or such Notes (as each amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified prior to the date hereof).

  • Existing Senior Notes means the Existing 2020 Senior Notes and the Existing 2021 Senior Notes, collectively.
