Existing Senior Secured Credit Facilities means the credit facilities, consisting of a revolving facility and the several term facilities thereunder, under the Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of February 15, 2017, among Holdings, the Issuer, the other borrowers named therein, the other guarantors named therein, the lenders party thereto in their capacities as lenders thereunder and Barclays Bank PLC, as Administrative Agent, including any guarantees, collateral documents, instruments and agreements executed in connection therewith, and any amendments, supplements, modifications, extensions, renewals, restatements, refundings or refinancings thereof and any indentures or credit facilities or commercial paper facilities with banks or other institutional lenders or investors that replace, refund or refinance any part of the loans, notes, other credit facilities or commitments thereunder, including any such replacement, refunding or refinancing facility or indenture that increases the amount borrowable thereunder or alters the maturity thereof.
Existing Senior Secured Credit Facilities means the credit facilities, consisting of a revolving facility and the several term facilities thereunder, including certain term facilities for which Foreign Subsidiaries are borrowers thereunder (together, the “Foreign Credit Facilities” and each, a “Foreign Credit Facility”), under the credit agreement, as amended and restated, dated as of April 16, 2018 and as further amended prior to the Issue Date among the Issuer, the other borrowers named therein, the guarantors named therein, the lenders party thereto in their capacities as lenders thereunder and Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch, as Administrative Agent, including any guarantees, collateral documents, instruments and agreements executed in connection therewith, and any amendments, supplements, modifications, extensions, renewals, restatements, refundings or refinancings thereof and any indentures or credit facilities or commercial paper facilities with banks or other institutional lenders or investors that replace, refund or refinance any part of the loans, notes, other credit facilities or commitments thereunder, including any such replacement, refunding or refinancing facility or indenture that increases the amount borrowable thereunder or alters the maturity thereof (provided that such increase in borrowings is permitted under Section 4.09).
Existing Senior Secured Credit Facilities means the Company’s existing senior secured term loan facility and existing senior secured revolving credit facility, in each case outstanding on the Issue Date (and before giving effect to any of the Transactions).
