Existing Subordinated Note Indentures definition

Existing Subordinated Note Indentures means the indentures pursuant to which the Existing Subordinated Notes are issued, in a form delivered to Agents and Lenders on or prior to the Effective Date, with such changes thereto as are permitted under subsection 7.12B and as such indentures may thereafter be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time to the extent permitted under subsection 7.12B.
Existing Subordinated Note Indentures means the indentures dated as of March 31, 1998, as of March 9, 1999, as of March 29, 2001 and as of December 17, 2001, as applicable, among Terex, the Guarantors identified therein and The Bank of New York, as trustee, in each case as in effect on the Restatement Closing Date and as thereafter amended from time to time in accordance with the requirements thereof and hereof, pursuant to which the Existing Senior Subordinated Notes were issued.
Existing Subordinated Note Indentures means the 10-3/8% Subordinated Note Indenture, the 9-3/8% Subordinated Note Indenture and the 8-7/8% Subordinated Note Indenture.

Existing Subordinated Note Indentures means (i) the Existing 8-3/8% Subordinated Note Indenture, (ii) the Existing 10-1/4% Subordinated Note Indenture and (iii) the Existing October 1997 Subordinated Note Indenture. "EXISTING 10-1/4% SUBORDINATED NOTES" means the Account Party's 10-1/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2006 issued pursuant to the Existing 10-1/4% Subordinated Note Indenture.   • Senior Subordinated Note Indenture means the Indenture dated as of May 12, 2009, between the Company and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, in respect of the 2020 Senior Subordinated Notes and the 2023 Senior Subordinated Notes, as supplemented and amended from time to time.
